Delete data without deleting your account

This page is for the Extraby app (package com.byjanbooks.app).

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Extraby and sign in.
2. Open a money book you can edit.
3. Delete individual entries, receipts, or (if you own it) the whole book.

That removes those records from your workspace right away.

By email (for a broader wipe)

1. Email byjanbooks@gmail.com from your Extraby sign-in address.
2. Use the subject Extraby data deletion.
3. Say what to remove (for example: all receipts, one book, or your display name) and that you want to keep the account.

We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted vs kept

• Deleted: the entries, books, receipts, or profile fields you asked us to remove.
• Kept: your login so you can still sign in, plus any shared-book rows owned by other members.
• Security backups of deleted items, if any, are dropped within 90 days.
